    A custom head built from your character reference, with the structure, markings, expression, and finishing planned around the design.

Submit Your Character

Share your references, ideas and character details.

Design Review & Quote

We manually review your request and prepare a personalized quote. After the commission is approved, WildSoul Studio sends you a private payment request for the required deposit.

Deposit & Queue Placement

For commissions totaling $1,300 USD or less, the deposit is $500 USD. For commissions over $1,300 USD, the deposit is 50% of the approved quote. The deposit is applied toward your final commission total.

Paying the deposit confirms your commission and secures your place in the WildSoul Studio production queue. It does not mean production begins immediately. Production begins when your scheduled slot becomes available, and WildSoul Studio sends you an email confirming that production has begun.

Creation & Delivery

Once production begins, we work through the approved build and confirm any necessary small adjustments.

The remaining balance is the approved commission total minus the deposit already paid. When the project reaches the final payment stage, WildSoul Studio sends you a separate payment request for the remaining balance. The final balance must be paid before shipping.

FAQ

What types of commissions do you accept?

WildSoul Studio accepts custom Fursuit Heads, Partial Suits, and Full Suits. Each commission is reviewed individually based on your character design, requirements, and project complexity.

Do I need a finished character design?

No. A finished reference sheet is not required. We can work with existing artwork, sketches, descriptions, or early character ideas to develop your commission direction.

How does the commission process work?

After submitting your request, we review your character details, discuss your project requirements, provide a personalized quote, and guide you through the next steps toward production.

How long does a commission take?

Every commission is unique. After your place in the production queue becomes available, production usually takes around 30–90 days depending on the commission type, complexity, and design requirements.

Can I make changes after submitting my commission?

Yes. Design adjustments are welcome before production begins. During production, we can accommodate reasonable minor adjustments when possible, but major changes may not be accepted after the creation process has started.

Can the deposit be refunded?

You may request a deposit refund before production begins. For refund purposes, production is considered started once WildSoul Studio sends you an email confirming that production has begun. Once that email has been sent, the deposit is non-refundable.
