THE STORY BEHIND WILDSOUL STUDIO

WildSoul Studio creates made-to-order fursuits for original characters.

We work from reference art, written descriptions, and the details provided in each commission request, then turn those into decisions about structure, materials, color placement, and finishing.

Because every build is different, each project is reviewed and quoted individually before it enters the production queue.

CRAFTSMANSHIP BEHIND EVERY CREATION

Much of the finished result starts long before the final trim.

Patterns are marked and cut, fur direction is planned, pieces are sewn and assembled, and the surface is shaped and finished by hand.

These small build decisions affect how the character reads, fits, and holds its expression.

HOW YOUR CHARACTER COMES TO LIFE

From the first idea to the final creation, every commission follows a clear and collaborative process.

  • 01 SHARE YOUR IDEA

    Tell us about your character, personality, colors, and vision. Reference images, sketches, or simple ideas are welcome.

  • 02 DESIGN REVIEW

    We review your concept, discuss details, and prepare a personalized commission direction.

  • 03 APPROVAL & DEPOSIT

    For commissions totaling $1,300 USD or less, the deposit is $500 USD. For commissions over $1,300 USD, the deposit is 50% of the approved quote. The deposit is applied toward your final commission total.

    Paying the deposit confirms your commission and secures your place in the WildSoul Studio production queue. It does not mean production begins immediately. Production begins when your scheduled slot becomes available.

  • 04 HANDCRAFTED CREATION

    Our makers bring your character to life with careful attention to structure, comfort, and details.

  • 05 FINAL DELIVERY

    The remaining balance is the approved commission total minus the deposit already paid. When the project reaches the final payment stage, WildSoul Studio sends a separate payment request for the remaining balance. The final balance must be paid before shipping.

    After final approval and payment, your finished creation is carefully packaged and shipped.
