WildSoul Studio provides worldwide shipping for all custom creations. Each piece is carefully packaged and protected before leaving our studio.
Shipping Included: Worldwide shipping is included with WildSoul Studio commissions unless otherwise specified in your commission agreement.
Delivery Time: Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Tracking information will be provided after your creation has been shipped.
Production Timeline
Every commission is unique and handcrafted based on your character design and requirements.
After your place in the production queue becomes available, production usually takes around 30–90 days depending on the commission type, complexity, and design requirements.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every WildSoul creation is individually made for each customer, custom creations cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference, changes of mind, or choosing a different design direction.
If there is a confirmed production issue caused by our workmanship, we will provide repair support and work with you to resolve the problem.
Shipping Damage & Quality Issues
If your package arrives seriously damaged during shipping, please contact us with proof that the damage occurred during transportation.
After verification, we will work with you on repair support or a remake when necessary.
Custom Orders
All custom creations are reviewed and confirmed with the customer before production begins. Design details, project scope, and commission expectations are discussed before your project enters the production queue.
