What types of commissions do you accept?
WildSoul Studio accepts custom Fursuit Heads, Partial Suits, and Full Suits. Each commission is reviewed individually based on your character design, requirements, and project complexity.
Can I create my own custom character?
Absolutely. You can provide a reference sheet, artwork, sketches, or simply your ideas. If you do not have a finished character design, our team can help guide the concept and bring your character vision to life.
Do I need a finished reference sheet?
No. A finished reference sheet is not required. We can work with existing artwork, sketches, descriptions, or early character ideas to develop your commission direction.
How much does a custom fursuit cost?
Every commission is unique. Pricing depends on the character design, commission type, materials, complexity, and additional features. Our starting prices begin from $600, but each project receives a personalized quote after review.
How does the commission process work?
After submitting your request, we review your character details, discuss your project requirements, provide a personalized quote, and guide you through the next steps toward production.
How long does a commission take?
Every commission is unique. After your place in the production queue becomes available, production usually takes around 30–90 days depending on the commission type, complexity, and design requirements.
Can I make changes after submitting my commission?
Yes. Design adjustments are welcome before production begins. During production, we can accommodate reasonable minor adjustments when possible, but major changes may not be accepted after the creation process has started.
Is the deposit the full commission price?
No. The deposit is a reservation payment for your approved commission and is applied toward your final commission total. It is not the full project payment.
What does the deposit secure?
The deposit reserves your place in the WildSoul Studio production queue. It allows us to schedule your project after approval and confirmation.
Does paying the deposit mean production starts immediately?
No. Payment does not mean your commission starts immediately. Your project enters the production queue, and production begins when your scheduled slot becomes available.
Can the deposit be refunded?
Refund requests may be considered before production begins. Deposits become non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has started.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. WildSoul Studio provides worldwide shipping for all custom creations. Each piece is securely packaged and protected before leaving our studio.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is included with WildSoul Studio commissions unless otherwise specified in your commission agreement.
Can I return or exchange my custom creation?
Because every WildSoul creation is individually made for each customer, custom creations cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference, changes of mind, or choosing a different design direction.
What if my creation is damaged during shipping?
If your package is seriously damaged during shipping, please provide proof that the damage occurred during transportation. After verification, we will work with you on repair support or a remake when necessary.
Are Featured Creatures available for purchase?
No. Featured Creatures are completed custom creations displayed as examples of our craftsmanship and previous work.
Can I commission something similar?
Yes. Every WildSoul commission is uniquely designed for its owner. Similar styles, features, or ideas can be discussed through the Custom Creation process.
