Share your character, commission type, reference materials, budget, and project requirements.

REVIEW & PERSONAL QUOTE
We review each request individually and provide a quote based on the character, components, complexity, materials, and requested features.

DEPOSIT & QUEUE
Once the commission is approved, a $500 deposit confirms the commission and reserves your position in our production queue.
A deposit reserves your queue position. It does not mean production begins immediately.

PRODUCTION BEGINS
When your scheduled production stage becomes available, we contact you and confirm that production is beginning.
Production typically takes approximately 30–90 days after it begins, depending on complexity.

COMPLETION & DELIVERY
Once your creation is ready, we complete the final confirmation and delivery process before shipping.

DEPOSIT & QUEUE
The $500 deposit confirms the commission and reserves a position in the production queue.
PRODUCTION TIMING
Queue placement is not the same as production starting. Production begins when the scheduled slot becomes available.
REFUND BOUNDARY
A deposit may be requested for refund before production begins. Once production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
