Production Start

Production begins after quote approval, deposit payment, design confirmation and all required information are complete.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated separately unless stated otherwise in the commission quote.

Refund Policy

The deposit is applied toward your approved commission total. If you cancel before production begins, please contact WildSoul Studio to discuss your project status. Once materials are purchased or production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
