Production Start
After quote approval, deposit payment, design confirmation, and required project information are completed, your commission enters the production queue. Production begins when your scheduled slot becomes available.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Shipping
Worldwide shipping is included with WildSoul Studio commissions unless otherwise specified in your commission agreement.
Refund Policy
Deposits become non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has started.
