Payments are requested only after your commission details and personalized quote have been reviewed and approved by WildSoul Studio.

This page explains the payment process. Final Balance payments are completed through a private Shopify Invoice.

    Your character is created according to the agreed design and production schedule.

  5. 05 Final Balance Invoice

    Receive a private Shopify Invoice for the exact remaining amount before final delivery.

Step 05 · Final Balance

Receive Your Private Invoice

There is no public Final Balance product to find. You do not enter or calculate the payment amount yourself.

  • WildSoul Studio confirms your exact remaining balance.
  • A private Shopify Invoice is sent directly to you.
  • The Invoice includes a secure Checkout link with the confirmed amount.
  • Review the project reference, shipping and applicable tax before payment.

Commission Payment Questions

Is the deposit the full commission price?

No. The $500 deposit is applied toward your approved commission total.

Can I pay the deposit before receiving a quote?

No. Pay only after WildSoul Studio has approved your project and provided payment instructions.

How will I receive my Final Balance Invoice?

WildSoul Studio will send a private Shopify Invoice through your confirmed commission contact channel.

Do I enter the Final Balance amount myself?

No. Your private Invoice already contains the exact remaining amount confirmed for your project.

When is the Final Balance due?

The remaining balance is due before final delivery, according to your approved commission schedule.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is calculated separately unless stated otherwise in your commission quote or final Invoice.

What if the Invoice amount looks incorrect?

Do not complete payment. Reply to your existing WildSoul Studio commission conversation for review.
